Perceptronix is a private cancer diagnostics company based in Vancouver, Canada. The Company’s goal is to commercialize technologies to improve the early detection, localization and diagnosis of cancer. Perceptronix was founded in 1999 to commercialize early cancer detection technologies developed in partnership with the BC Cancer Agency, a world-leader in cancer care and research.

VCC / EBC Eligibility

Perceptronix has received a ruling from the Investment Capital Branch of the British Columbia Ministry of Small Business and Economic Development confirming that it is eligible to receive investments from Venture Capital Corporations (“VCC”) registered under the Small Business Venture Capital Act (British Columbia) (the “SBVCA”) and that it has been registered as an Eligible Small Business Corporation (“EBC”) under section 28.2 of the SBVCA.
